BIO

In my work I investigate the interaction between people and the environment. What shaped me and what did I leave behind? In Europe I discovered and followed the traces of people who sometimes made idiosyncratic choices in their lives, but also of people who did not. In drawings, textile panels and temporary installations, I show the consequences of those choices. Since 2023 our lives are changing rapidly and the space to respond to it in our own way is becoming more limited. Because I want to involve the public much more actively in my work, I developed in 2025 the Art Survival Kit and asked 2 other artists to contribute as well. My ‘conversation piece’ challenges to talk about the finiteness of life.
