Performative drifts on the landscape
Corinne Silva will introduce her wider practice and discuss her research during the AADK residency program. Part of Corinne Silva’s time at Centro Negra has been focussed on performative walks in the landscape. Through walks in the hills, valleys and lemon groves surrounding Blanca, she considers notions of cultivation and wildness, as well as the traces of an Islamic Empire still visible in the landscape.
