AADK Spain invites musicians & sound artists to apply for a new edition of its Contex-Related Sound Residencies. Said program is intended for creators
interested in engaging with the human and/or the non-human context of Blanca, Murcia, in the area of Ricote Valley. Eco acoustics & deep listening practices are encouraged.
Projects may have a minimum duration of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months, and may be developed between March and May 2025. Throughout their stay, Residents will be provided with a studio space and the available technical equipment. Moreover, each artist/collective will have weekly individual mentoring with a member of our team. It is essential that any work carried out is respectful of this unique natural environment.
A maximum of 8 artists or groups will be selected for this call. We invite you to send your proposals!
