[RE]POST
Ambar Luna Quintanar and Jean Paul Carstensen
Performance, text and soundscape
[RE]POST is a performative research process started in 2014 in Queretaro, Mexico, that seeks to generate mechanisms of encounter and relation between people, architecture and diverse spaces from the local memory.
Ambar and Jean Paul walk in Blanca to collect personal love stories which broaden the meaning of merely technical spatial qualities of the places in which they occur.
They built a piece in which to explore the space and emotions that emanate from it, they transit the stories of others to inhabit with them, leaving space for the unexpected, providing a space for the sensitive experience to play and dissent.
Movement, text and soundscape ally to magnify emotions that we all harbor: the affective, the subtle, the kind.
In a time where disillusionment and critique seem to have colonized all space for thinking and creation, Ambar and Jean Paul have decided to search and share the beauty of human being, writing with their work a story of stories where they inscribe the first lines inviting the others to continue.
