Kenneth presents a sound piece which has been built through residency with AADK.
As if a microphone could collect and broadcast all what happens at a time in a building, in a street or in a lonely room, Kenneth proposal evokes infinite images and generates different states of consciousness.
In the piece, Kenneth overlaps traditional music from different cultures -such as arabic, or mediterranean- shrouded in broken rhythms and Jazz notes. He composes layers made out of fragmented information: news, recorded audio clips of conferences about the preoccupations of contemporary art, film dialogues and theater. These take us into a globalized world, saturated in information, both contradictions and poetry.
