EXTRAVÍO 

Colectivo Habitantes shares the first stage of their project “Extravío” which consists in organizing material gathered in improvisation sessions.These sessions were done after taking walks around various areas of Blanca, reflecting upon the relationship of the body with the geographical and cultural elements of the context.

Exploring this new place triggered multiple sensations in the artists, that have intermingled with their personal emotions over the political and social events currently happening in Chile.

Because of this, the sound of their piece consists of fragments of Chilean demonstrations and famous songs merged with audios of everyday life in Blanca.

The creative process of these artists was also documented through emotional and physical maps they both drew, together with the recording of the improvisation sessions.
