Hanna Brandén participated in the residency program with the aim of rethinking her work and her rhythm of production, as well as to experiment with sound beyond the music genre in which she has developed her career. This exercise of deceleration had such a positive impact on her that she Hanna decided to work for the open studios with this concept. She is creating a sound atmosphere that slows down the rhythm of the visitor as well as provoking random sound encounters with the surrounding landscape.
Hanna presents a multichannel sound installation, which hosts the installation of Mischa because both contain elements which shape the surrounding environment, together they have generated a space to slow down the rhythm, to enjoy the sensorial, sounds and textures require a deep listening and an attentive look able to discover the layers of meaning which each perception contains.
