In this installation, Juan recovers an element of quotidian life, a modest and silent object. He overlays it with typical materials of the Valley’s landscape to create multiple metaphors about our habits. With an ironic and poetic tone, these pieces represent the bed as a need, as a refuge, as a nest. An element that goes unnoticed in the lives of those who have a home, but the lack of which can also speak of situations of extreme marginality.
