Muro Puente ‘WallBridge’ is a sculpture installation that shows how the negative process of wall-building can be gradually morphed into a positive bridge-building relationship. As the piece of wall is slightly leaned and curved it spirals around to form a bridge over the initial barrier. This structure represents the artist’s creative approach to conflict resolution. It is a timely innovation during conflicts with the US proposed wall along the Mexican border, and the Middle East apartheid Wall. This Canadian artist is devoted to turning walls into bridges around the world.
