Tes is from Madrid and lives in Paris. She has gone from living in a city of 5000 inhabitants to
21000 inhabitants per square kilometre. Find in the traffic, the urban layout, the schedules, furniture, food, a disturbing repetition, patterns and models that respond to productive efficiency: standardization.
She asks how we have arrived at this and what is the link that remains with our origin, tries to understand how we have arrived at this way of life.
Look at any product from the supermarket and decide to go the other way, from product to raw material.
In this way, there are stories and there are lives, unplanned moments, room for the
unexpected; in the production chain would be discontinued products.
During her residence she found lemons that do not reach a store in Paris,
they grew straight and people were willing to stretch their time to share their stories, hence the Frutario is born, a place where the diverse, non-normative is not only possible but necessary.
